

Ulla Britt-Reeves
Ulla serves as NPCA’s Clean Air Campaign Manager working across the country to galvanize support to strengthen clean air rules to protect national parks.
Previously, Ulla was Southern Alliance for Clean Energy’s (SACE) High Risk Energy Program Director, overseeing state, regional, and utility policy-based campaigns about public health and environmental problems with coal plant operations and pollution. She also served as SACE’s Regional Program Director focusing on climate change, Regional Clean Air Campaign Coordinator, and North Carolina State Liaison and is on the board of the North Carolina Conservation Network.
Ulla has a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Virginia Tech and a Masters of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment; her master’s thesis focused on sustainable climate adaptation strategies for coastal communities. She is originally from the West Coast and loves the Redwoods and other Pacific Northwest national parks, but currently resides in Asheville, NC and plays often in the Great Smoky Mountains.
