Welcome to Online Registration for the ALEF VI GREEN FAIR

AFC+A'a work is leading ALEF programming in new, novel ways and we simply have so much to give that we want to make of this 6th ALEF edition the best ever! This has led us to come up with a wonderful line up that has a VI ALEF Prelude September 24-29, 2018 and VI ALEF Summit & Family Day December 6-8, 2018. Here is the General Program with details and description of both dates and each event.

 

We are also excited about what this strategy does for greater amplification for our partners. Our ALEF Prelude will serve as a great buzz and publicity campaign for the December edition as well as offer partners a double platform for dissemination of their work. Our #ProtectMiTierra Green Fair now has more dates and different options for your convenience.

Exhibitor & Vendor Options:

  • VIP Exhibitor Space- Thursday, December 6th @TheWestin Denver Downtown Hotel (from 6 pm to 10 pm)
(LIMITED TO 4 PREMIUM SPACES + 2 TICKETS (as a Guest for our Gala dinner)

Exhibitors will be allocated in 3 ft round cocktail table, in the Mezzanine, right outside of our annual Gala-Dinner: AFC+A "Climate Solidarity Fiesta" An Artivist Fundraiser #LatinoEcoFestALEF. Tables including a black tablecloth and 1 chair. ALEF will provide the Company ID for the tables.

*This exhibitors space has an additional cost, if you are interested, please select the option in the application and we will contact you with details.

 

  • Exhibitor Space- Friday December 7th, 2018 @TheWestin Denver Downtown Hotel (from 8 am to 6 pm)
(UP TO 15 BOOTH MEZZANINE SPACES)

Exhibitors will be allocated in a 6 ft rectangle table or 3 ft round cocktail table, in the Mezzanine, right outside of Confluence Room for ALEF VI Conferences & Workshop meetings. Tables including a black tablecloth and 1 chair. ALEF will provide the Company ID for the tables.

 

 

PRICES:

 

If you are interested to participate on our Green Fair on both events:
  • ALEF Prelude - September 27th @TheWestin Denver Downtown Hotel
  • ALEF VI - December 7th  @The Westin Denver Downtown Hotel
 
The Prices are:

  • Small Non-profit/ Business Organizations - $500*

  • Large Non-profit, For-profit Vendor/Government Organizations - $1,250

 

*For Small Profits, the price is negotiable according to operating budget sizes

 
 
If you want to participate in all (or some) of the options above and additionally the VIP Green Fair:
  • ALEF Artivist Fundraiser VIP - December 6th @TheWestin Denver Downtown Hotel
 
The unique Price is - $1,500*
*Includes 2 Tickets as a guest for our Gala dinner - value on $100

 

 

Notes:
According to each location, Exhibitors will be allocated in a different tablespace: including table, black tablecloth, and 1 or 2 chairs.
All other exhibit materials must be supplied by exhibitor.

Right after submission of your application, AFC+A will get back to you with a personalized confirmation. We want to discuss with you the available options and finalize the agreement.

 

Once confirmed the agreement and contract details,

please follow the instructions to make the payment.

Payment for your booth space will be collected upon confirmation of your space reservation. Payment is due in full no later than September 24th or the reservation will be canceled.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. EXHIBITOR agrees to conduct affairs in a legal, cooperative and considerate manner according to the federal, state, city and local ordinances and the regulations of the PRODUCERS covering fire, health, safety and all other matters.  

  2. EXHIBITOR is responsible for all federal, state, city or local taxes associated with any products that are offered for sale.

  3. EXHIBITOR agrees to reimburse expenses for any damage caused during setup or tear down and will maintain a space free of all debris, obstructions or other hazards which endanger health, safety, fire, and/or codes which are a danger to the public.  

  4. EXHIBITOR agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify the Americas for Conservation + Arts, Americas Latino Eco-Festival and The Westin Denver Downtown Hotel, its agents, directors, officers, employees, successors, volunteers and assigns for the loss, theft, or damage of any goods, personal property or for the injury or death to any person or for any financial liability or obligation with respect to the Exhibitor's participation in this event intentionally or negligently caused by the EXHIBITOR or its agents.  

  5. In the event of cancellation of any of these events, or revocation of EXHIBITORS contract or any claim by EXHIBITOR for any damage or injury, whatsoever, The PRODUCERS shall not be liable for the prospective profits or special, inconsequential damages, nor shall any recovery of any kind against the PRODUCERS be greater in amount than the booth fee paid by the EXHIBITOR.

 

Exhibitors & Vendors will be advertised on ALEF website and printed program and their location will be prominently displayed at the event.  We will send more detailed information as the event gets closer.
